The full package. Covers resume strategy, professional profile positioning, job search strategy, interview preparation, and offer guidance if needed. Designed for candidates who want support across every stage of the search, from materials to offer.

How sessions work

Session length
60 minutes by video call, one on one with me. Offer Review runs shorter, usually 30 to 45 minutes, because it is built around one decision.
Scheduling
You book each session yourself when you are ready, so you can space them around interviews or application deadlines instead of a fixed weekly slot.
How long you have
Sessions in a package stay available for six months from purchase. A search rarely runs on a tidy schedule, so there is room to pause and come back.
Rescheduling
Let me know at least 24 hours ahead and we move it, no charge. Life happens, and I would rather move a session than have you show up unprepared.
Who can pay
A parent can pay for coaching, and you are welcome on the free discovery call. After that, sessions are between me and your grad, and what we discuss stays with them.
Between sessions
You leave each session with the specific changes to make. You make them yourself, which is the part that makes the work stick.
Job search support

Included with coaching

Daily Job Leads

You tell me your target roles, locations, experience level, and what you want to avoid, and you share your resume. Each morning a search runs across several job boards, scores what it finds against your resume and preferences, and emails you the strongest matches. Active coaching clients receive this service at no additional cost. If you only want the job leads, you can subscribe separately and cancel at any time.

HR Expert to go provides coaching, guidance, and strategy. We do not provide done-for-you resume writing, profile rewriting, job applications, employer outreach, recruiting, placement, or guaranteed outcomes. All coaching is delivered virtually by video call.
