Some of the most meaningful moments in my career have not happened in a boardroom or during a performance review. They have happened months or even years later, when someone reaches back out to tell me they landed the job, earned the promotion, or found a career they truly enjoy.
Those are the moments that remind me why I do this work.

That experience spans over 20 years of HR leadership and consulting across corporate, non-profit, and growing organizations of all sizes.
