Because a stronger resume is only part of the goal. You also need to understand your own story well enough to explain it in an interview. The coaching approach helps you improve the document while also learning how to talk about your experience with more clarity and confidence.

Resume coaching may include feedback on structure, clarity, role alignment, keywords, accomplishments, gaps, and how your experience is coming across to someone reviewing it quickly. It does not include writing, rewriting, formatting, designing, or submitting your resume for you.

No. Professional profile coaching is not a done-for-you rewrite service. We talk through how your profile is positioned, what recruiters may notice, what may be missing, and how to make your experience easier to understand. You are responsible for making the final updates to your own profile.

Professional profile coaching may include feedback on your headline, summary section, experience descriptions, skills, visibility, and overall positioning. It does not include rewriting your profile, managing your account, posting content, messaging recruiters, or making updates on your behalf.

Generic advice is written for everyone, which means it is optimized for no one. What you get here is someone who has spent 20+ years inside the hiring process looking specifically at your answers, your experience, and your goals, and telling you what actually needs to change.

We work through real interview questions based on your target role. You answer, I give you honest feedback on what landed, what did not, and how to improve. We also work on how you open and close, how to talk about your experience clearly, and how to handle questions you are not sure about.

Offer review and negotiation guidance is a focused session for entry-level and early-career candidates who want to understand an offer before responding. We review the role, company, compensation range when available, and your screening conversations so you can decide whether and how to negotiate professionally.

No. HR Expert to go does not contact employers, negotiate on your behalf, or represent you in employment conversations. I help you understand your offer and prepare for the conversation, but you are responsible for communicating directly with the employer.

No. Some offers have room for negotiation, and some do not. For many entry-level roles the range may be narrow, especially if salary expectations were already discussed during screening. The goal is to help you understand what is reasonable, avoid overplaying your hand, and respond professionally.

No. Offer review and negotiation guidance is career coaching, not legal, tax, or financial advice. If you need help understanding legal terms, tax implications, equity, benefits, contracts, or anything more complex, you should consult an appropriate professional.
