You answer, I stop you, we try it again.

A session runs like a real interview with the pause button available. I ask a question you are likely to get for your target role, you answer it fully, and then we go back through what a panel would have taken from it. Then you answer the same question again with the adjustment in place, because hearing the better version come out of your own mouth is the part that sticks.

Why I will not tell you it was great

Friends and family will tell you your answers sound good, because they love you and they already know your story. A panel knows neither. I would rather be blunt in a practice session you paid for than have you find out from a rejection email that says nothing.
